We’re always interested in connecting our talented artists with new assistants. You’ll find the folks we represent are nice to work with and supportive of your developing skills and career as well.
Please include a note about what you like doing and are good at – perhaps you’re great at steaming and pressing, or sourcing props, or tracking inventory. References, such as clients you’ve worked with or (especially) artists you’ve assisted would be helpful – we won’t contact them, but it gives us a sense of the kinds of projects you’ve been doing. If you have any images of your own styling work, that’s interesting too – just be clear about what was your work vs. something where you assisted someone else.
We will definitely look at your work and notes. If you don’t get a response right away, it just means we’re very busy, or we don’t have anything for you right at this moment. But we will keep your information on file and contact you when we have an appropriate opportunity. Feel free to send follow-up emails, particularly with updates about your work. We would prefer not to get calls unless specifically requested.
