Todd was born in Los Angeles, CA but moved to Richmond, VA early in life. He received his BFA from VCU in Richmond and his MFA from Yale University in New Haven, CT. He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Todd has been making art since he was born; for the last 20 years he has been making quilts and tapestries from found fabric when he isn't earning a living styling and doing set design.
